Thank you 2014

Im a skinny fat.

Year 2014 was a trully remarkable full of excitement.. not becoz of many joyful and cheerfullness in my 2014 diary.. but because it is full of challenging and dramassss and tearssss and screaming and laughter of course!

Hehee.. Well I'm not gonna lie, yes at one time I feel like.. I wanna give up! Just... giving up! Run away and shut the door! And do my own thing and syuhhhss everyone!!! Soooooo really damn tired and exhausted with the challenges one by one.. one after another.. uhuhuhuuuukkss... 😭😭😭😭

But anyway, I also dont know where I get my strength back.. where I get my motivation back.. to keep on going.. just keep on moving.. just keep on foward.. just stay.. stay.. dont quit.. dont run away..

Learn to letgo of the past.. learn by experience.. and improved.. and be gratefull.. and thank you Allah for everything..

Sitting alone, at first I said to myself.. I did nothing great nor achieved anything in 2014.. but I realised, I was wrong! Yes.. in biz, maybe a lil slow but in life.. I have HUGE achievement! Experiencing travel to Phillippines and attended NCIP training for 11 days with huge pregnant belly 7 months (pheeeww.. not easy), learn the AMAZING ncip Bayanihan system, met lots of awesome and lovely people in phillippines, get my ZUMBA License after almost 2 years been dreaming to have it, first time ever joined 5KM Fun Run by Herbalife, and many many more beautiful stories thru-out my 2014 diaries.

If I were still an employee, my 2014 journey cud be diff.. but I cudnt ask for more.. this is the best and it makes me, Me today!

So.. back to the above statement. I'm a skinny fat. And my new resolution for 2015 is to be skinny muscular? Hahahaa.. ofcos I wanna lose body fat especially at my midsection. More weight training and some cardio. Eat right, high protein, complex carbo and good fat! I need to eat more.. I mean more frequent with small portion. (Seriously I doubt myself.. haha)

3 Tips Kempiskan Perut!

Berat Diana dah ideal, and now target diana adalah untuk dapatkan flat tummy and lepas tu naikkan 6 pack. Well, itu target untuk badan diana.. untuk anda yang lain sure ada target masing-masing kan. So bila ada target ni, kita akan banyakkan membaca, bertanya, research itu ini.. then ada ilmu, put into action. Ambil tindakan... konsep dan prosesnya sama saja, iaitu 80/20.

80% ---> fokus pada pemakanan
20% ---> fokus pada senaman

ada juga yang bagi teori macam ni..

80% ---> sepanjang SETAHUN, eat clean and workout regularly
20% ---> sepanjang SETAHUN, enjoy food, cheat meal, belasah kenduri kendara, raya puasa, raya haji, deppavali, CNY, Krismas, birthday party dan sebagainya

hehehe.. well, both sama jerk, lebih kurang gitu lah.. as long as, kita fokus lebih pada APA YANG KITA MAKAN! Nak flat tummy bukan kene kurangkan makan, tapi makan lebih kerap dan pilih makanan yang betul!

So, reading itu ini, then dapat lah sedikit tips yang dikongsikan oleh Samantha Clayton, AFAA, ISSA and Director of Fitness Education at Herbalife. 3 tips mudah yang boleh kita apply hari-hari


Tips 1: "Suck it in" atau "Sedut nafas dalam dan cuba kempiskan perut ke dalam"
Salah satu senaman yang saya lakukan setiap hari secara ringkas adalah dengan 'kempiskan perut ke dalam' macam ala-ala tahan nafas ah gituuu.. hehe.. Caranya begini, anda berdiri tegak, dan cuba tarik nafas dan kempiskan perut ke dalam badan atau spine anda. Sebenarnya tindakan dengan hanya 'kempiskan perut ke dalam' ini akan bantu kuatkan core muscle kita dan bantu anda dapatkan postur badan yang baik! Kalau anda cuba lakukan senaman ini sekarang, dengan berdiri tegak, anda akan dapati, badan anda rasa tinggi sedikit dari sebelum, bahu anda lebih relaks dan secara tidak langsung, perut kelihatan lebih flat dan kecil lagi. Tetapi tidaklah bermaksud saya mencadangkan anda berjalan kemana-mana sepanjang hari dengan tarik nafas tahan dalam supaya perut kempis ye, hahaha... tidak begitu. Tetapi kalau lakukan secara konsisten dan kerap everyday, ia akan sangat membantu menguatkan your core muscle! Cuba buat senaman ni 3 set, 10x10 saat menahan nafas dalam-dalam. Gaya pernafasan juga penting dan banyak membantu untuk senaman ini.


Tips 2: Kekal Hidrasi 
Sangat sangat penting untuk kita kekal hidrasi sepanjang hari, terutamanya kalau mereka yang memang nak sangat perut nya kempis nih! Selalunya wanita yang kelihatan 'puffy' atau kembang semacam dengan perut bertingkek-tingkek ni disebabkan mereka kurang minum air, atau kurang hidrasi. Kalau nak tahu, badan manusia ni sangat mudah menyimpan cecair (atau air) dalam badan dan akan menyebabkan perut kita nampak kembang semacam dan buncit! Jadi kalau nak mudah memastikan kita cukup minum air setiap hari, peluk botol minum kita tu ke mana-mana saja. Sebab ianya macam reminder secara tidak langsung yang kita perlu minum air sokmo, gitew.. hehe..


Tips 3: Plank
Senaman 'Plank' adalah salah satu senaman tradisional yang terbaik untuk abdominal dan terbaik untuk dapatkan perut yang kempis! Senaman ini juga bantu memberi tubuh badan yang strong core dan postur badan menarik. Selain dari senaman seperti Crunches, Sit-ups, Hanging Leg Raises.. Plank jugak banyak membantu menguatkan dan membina otot badan. Saya sendiri suka senaman Plank dan senaman Plank ini ada banyak jenis juga ye.. tengok macam senang je Plank ni kan.. tapi cuba lah buat, hehe.. can you hold a 60 sec Plank (untuk orang yang pertama kali buat)?


Kalau anda kurang pasti senaman Plank tu macam mana, haaa, meh saya tunjukkan. 





Selalunya Elbow Plank macam gambar di atas ni memang kami dan rakan-rakan kelab di Nutricozy Wellness Centre Kertih buat laa.. hehe.. we started with 10 seconds jer dulu tau, masing-masing ketarq tangan nak buat! hahaha... then kami lama-lama improve naik ke 20 saat.. 30 saat.. and now 60 saat boleh dah.. tapi yang penting sebenarnya kene buat setiap hari! kalau tinggal lama, pastu buat balik, memang stamina dah jatuh balik.. hehe.. konsisten kunci utama!




Gambar di atas, Side Plank! Sampai ke hari ni saya FAILED! Hahaha... buat main-main, tak sungguh-sungguh acaner.. hehe... rasa macam susah jerk.. but I will keep on trying jugak!


 So, apa kata setiap hari mulai SEKARANG, luangkan masa 5 minit saja, untuk senaman Plank seperti di bawah ini. Give time for you body, after 28 days, tengok hasil usaha Plank anda! All the best!

So, jangan lah pulak, korang semua dah follow 3 tips ni tapi dah 2 bulan perut belum kempis, sebab apa...sebab lepas senaman Plank makan biskut oreo 2 bungkus, makan nuggets 10 ketui, minum air 5 cawan jerk sehari.. hehe... tak jadi gitu boss! Let's change our eating lifestyle!

I'm not perfect

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
Salam sayang readers!

I know.. I am not PERFECT!
Okay first of all, this entry post is not at all gonna show a negative vibes coz it aint me type of person no more hehee.. it's just... me here, trying to express my deepest sincere apology and your forgiveness just because of.... a long list of everything or anything I might done hurting or disappointing yall!

I honestly am not prepared with this overwhelm responses of online biz where lots and lotsa of new numbers of SMS, Whatssapp, Fb inbox, phone calls, emails.. everyday, non-stop, asking for Herbalife products and biz... Honestly... im kinda culture shock gitewww hehe..

Few months back, I received like 3 to 5 numbers people asking about Herbalife.. everyday, 3 to 5 new numbers.. and at that time, I started to feel like.. "Am i that famous D amos? My numbers become like a hotline number over the Google? Hahahaaa.." I'm giggling to myself and still not taking this seriously like my big opportunity to take advantage for the biz.. after a while, still didn't realize and underestimate the power of Online and Cyber World... and NOW.... you know what happen..

I received like 10 to 12 new numbers people prompt me and asking about Herbalife! Some of them straight away just call me over the phone, some inbox me in FB, some SMS me, some emailing me and mostly Whatssapp me!

With this kind of responds from the Cyber, with 2 toddlers and 1 newborn baby, with my very newly Helper at house (which of course required closely train and monitor), with my new Nutrition Club just started to full-power operating, with my preparation for Zumba license, and others task force needed to be taken care also daily... I was really reaaaaally out of hand. Senang citer, I'm shocked! My phone keep on 'buzz-ing' with anonymous people asking this and that!

So some of them whom had been messaging me asking about Herbalife and I replied it very very late, all I can say
I AM VERY SORRY... 

I know, if I were the prospect.. I wouldn't very pleased and upset with that kind of respond, super late! So Sorry..... Sometimes, I overlooked and missed it. Sometimes, I forgot. Sometimes I am just tooo busy to reply it... If you can see me alive how I reply all the messages, sure you'll understand me... I have to text while driving, I text you all while I'm breastfeeding my 5 months baby, I text you all while I'm cooking, while I'm eating, while I'm changing baby dypers, while I'm flyering, while I'm sit-down with club member (which is not so proper).. try to chip-in through all! Hahahaa....






I always wondering how they do online biz.. are they just like me.. haha.. or bit different.. I have so many things going around, not only online biz, also im doing nutrition club, fitchallenge etc etc.. Back then I thought online biz is easy, but now I know! Hahaahaa... Salute all businessman and businesswoman!

So, readers from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and other countries.. I am totally soooo sorry for the super delay reply! I will try my best to respond it as fast as I can within 24 hours!

I am sooooo gonna improved my TIME MANAGEMENT! Segregate which is the most important and urgent, and which aren't!

And YES, I AM STIL ACTIVE AS HERBALIFE DISTRIBUTOR!
(Hahaa, been receiving few queries asking am I still active, maybe because they view this blog has no recent update.. hehe oppsy!)

Body Transformation!

Assalamualaikum readers, 

Lately diana selalu jugak dapat orang sms or whatsapp diana tanya "are you still active doing Herbalife?"

Well, YES I AM! Ofcourse!!! kannn.. hehe maybe depa tengok lately awat blog ni saaaaaangat lembap and kurang bebenor rajin ber-update! Sorry dear readers and stalkers.. My laptop masuk workshop punya lah lamaaa giler! Last-last I've decided to just buy a brand new laptop jerk.. takde la canggih gempakness pon..Nak gempak sangatss tunggu President Team lah kannn! ihihhihi... Just boleh buat pakai kerja-kerja basic orang Herbalife.. slides power-point, lots of pictures and videos and documents and blogging ofcos! 

Anyway, I'm here to update about my new latest target, which BODY TRANSFORMATION of myself! 
I'm a mother of 3 now, delivered all 3 kids through ceaserian procedure, fully breastfeeding my baby boy 4 months old currently, a housewife, a businesswomen, a Zumba Lover, me a 'Hantu Nasi' (i cannot live without 'nasi') and apa lagi 
eh.. macam-macam la... hehe..

I want to be the best version of myself! Level 10 wooootttt katanya! hehee.. but I'm damn serious acctually.. I want to be fit and gojes and hot mama! paling penting FIT! Macam gambar ni... 



Today is acctually my 28th day starting my LEVEL 10 Body Transformation! And so far.. what I've been doing currently for routine..

  1. Workout 6 days with 1 hour and 15 minutes per session. Most of the time I did Zumba for 1 hours and 15 minutes for Tabata/ Cardio/ Weight training. 1 day rest.
  2. Drink Herbalife protein shakes 3 or 4 times a day. With 6 - 8 scoop of F1 and 4 scoop of F3 Whey Protein.
  3. I drink 4 - 5 litre water per day.
  4. I do not eat clean! Hahahaa... payah lorr... haha.. but, I starting to change towards it laaa sikit-dikit.. hihi.. I choose more complex carbo now, rather than simple carbs.. kalau tak, dulu roti putih pon aku suke nak bedal je, dulu 1 jar Nutella aku sorang boleh habiskan, kaut-kaut dengan spoon makan giteww jerk.. now, tukar dengan peanut butter pulak, high protein! no more Nutella hehe.. 
  5. Start to read and asking people around yang badan macam ala-ala abang sado tuh kann, hehe minta share tips cam mana nak kuarkan six pack ni! hihihii... 
Hrmmm, i think so far, macam ni lah kot saya buat... Next kene improve more on few other things like.. bab makan tu.. yerla benda ni nak success perlukan 80% focus more on pemakanan! I admit, banyak 'cheating meal'!!! Every week saya sure telan martabak! hahaaa, sedap weyh martabak kt pasar tuh hihiii.. Sometimes, geram sangat saya telan jugak biskut manis anak saya, hehee.. Sometimes ada jugak makan ayam goreng sampai 2 ketul! sebab rasa seketul tak cukup, especially bila baru sudah workout kan.. laparrr jer perut, mencari makanan! Pastu air minum pon ada jugak pernah 3 liter jer sehari.. but air jarang laaa kantoi, usually memang 4 liter and above.. 

I loveeeeeee workout so much! I love to dance! I love Zumba! I love to sweat! Dulu masa mula-mula nak start get totally serious on this memang susah.. rasa payah nyaaa, berat nya, penat nyaa, lambat nya nak habiskan 1 hour untuk workout.. nak buat plank 15 saat pon ketarq nak perabihkan, nak squat 10 kali pon rasa nak tercabut kaki, hahahaaa! Day by day.. its become more better... i do it every day! everyday! and hasilnya.. 

Alhamdulillah 2.3% body fat turun! punya lah susah nak menurunkan lemak... hehe.. i think because saya banyak cheat! hahaha.. I want to gain my muscle, nakkk sangat! Sebab tak suka tengok my BMR saaangat rendah.. but to build the muscle, i need to reduce the body fat dulu! soooo, more water, less food yang tak elok nah!

Pesawat MAS Boeing 777, MH17 terhempas di Ukraine !

Satu lagi tragedi besar menimpa MAS airlines untuk tahun 2014! Ya Allah besarnya ujian Mu untuk negara Malaysia.. semoga kita tabah dalam mengharungi ujian ujian Mu. Takziah untuk keluarga mangsa pesawat MH17.

Nahas MH17 ini didapati terhempas di Timur Ukraine setelah dibedil roket pejuang pemisah. Pesawat ini dikatakan merupakan penerbangan dari Amsterdam ke Kuala Lumpur. Jumlah mangsa dalam pesawat dikatakan 280 orang penumpang dan 15 orang anak kapal. Khabarnya semua terkorban dalam nahas tersebut. Sedih sangat!!!! Mesti ada yang rakyat Malaysia dalam tu nak balik raya.. semoga mereka yang terkorban di tempatkan di kalangan orang orang beriman di sana. Amin..

P/s: Dulu husband saya juga pernah naiki pesawat ini menggunakan route yang sama. Ya Allah... sesungguhnya MATI itu bila-bila masa saja dan di mana-mana saja. Adakah kita bersedia untuk itu?
